Our services are more to help Malaysian business owners to renew their SSM certificates in easy and faster way. Refund Policy / Cancellation
To be eligible for a refunds of cancellation. You must email or call us within 5 minutes after you placing the order at admin@bis-renewel.com or call us at 018-3759808. No cancellation or refund will be made if the order has been completed. 5% charges will be imposed on every refund transaction and will be credited to applicant bank account within 7 working days after all requirement meet.
